About us
GoodLife Holdings Company was established by TLK Group in 2009 with a total investment capital of 5 million USD at the High-Tech Agricultural Park in Ho Chi Minh City with the goal of bringing a new outlook to Vietnam's agricultural export market. We are majored in processing, packaging, and exporting fresh agricultural products to difficult markets such as Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Taiwan, and the EU.
At GoodLife Factory, we applied Agricultural High Technology -Vapor Heat Treatment (VHT) imported directly from Sanshu Sangyo Co., Ltd, Japan, meeting strict international export standards. Every step from cultivation to harvest is strictly supervised by Japanese agricultural experts and Vietnamese agricultural professors, ensuring GoodLife’s products are not only fresh but also safe according to global standards.
For fresh dragon fruit, GoodLife factory has a capacity of 2,500 – 3,000 tons per year. GoodLife also acts as a demonstration center introducing advanced fruit treatment technology, providing farmer training in Global GAP procedures for farming areas to supply raw materials to the company’s processing and packaging facilities. This establishes a closed value chain: production – procurement – treatment and packaging – export.
With the slogan “Fresh fruit for Good Life, GoodLife for Everyone”, GoodLife Holdings not only delivers safe, high-quality products to global customers but also contributes to improving farmers’ livelihoods and supporting sustainable agricultural development in Vietnam.

Ms TRAN THUY BICH LY Chairwoman She is the Co-founder of GoodLife company since 2009. In 2003, she completed the program of Master's degree in Business Administration, with the spirit of constantly learning. In 2011, she continued to complete the program of Master's degree in Development Economics. She orientates the Company development and brings GoodLife brand out and stands on the international market. With the vision of becoming a pioneering corporation towards green agriculture and sustainable development,GoodLife Holdings has achieved great success and affirmed its position in the international market. GoodLife Holdings products have been exported to many countries around the world and are took part in big supply chain such as Costco, Wallmart, Lotte Korea,... Currently, she also holds the position of Deputy Chairwomen of TLK Holdings and Chairwoman of Happia Holdings. |
Mr ODA SHOGO Deputy Chairman as well as Legal Representative He is a Co-founder of GoodLife company since 2009. He is an Investor who completed with a major in Economics from Meiji University - Tokyo - Japan, with more than 23 years of working and managing at large corporations such as Hitachi, Musashi. He is a pioneer in implementing the 5S Kaisen tool applied to all construction projects, factory and office staff in TLK Group. Thanks to his strong determination and strategic vision, along with the strength of his experience, he has been leading GoodLife to gradually conquer the agricultural market in the region and the world while creating the top brand value with the goal that GoodLife will be one of the world's top agricultural corporations. |
Ms PHAM NGOC LOAN Deputy Chairwoman as well as Sales & Marketing Director She is a Co-founder as well as Sales & Marketing Director of GoodLife company since 2009. Thanks to her talented and inspirational leadership ability, she has led the Sales & Marketing team of GoodLife Holdings to achieve many great successes, contributing to bring the GoodLife brand further to the international market. Mr PHAM ANH TUAN Managing Director He graduated from University of Economics with a major in Business Administration and Executive Director Program from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. He joined TLK in 2006 and in 2018, he joined the Board of Directors of Goodlife and held the position of General Director of Goodlife from 2022 to present. Ms TRAN NGUYEN KHANH VY Deputy General Director She completed biotechnology major in 2005 and completed a master's program in biochemistry in 2011. She possesses an extensive and solid professional knowledge base in the field of agricultural science. With many years of experience and enthusiasm in the field of agricultural product research and development, she has made great contributions to improve product quality and is committed to comply with international standards about fruit quality, food safety and hygiene, ensuring products meet the strict requirements of the international market. |
